Academic year 2013-2014 brings a great new resource for student technical support called the TechHub! Nine technical support specialists staff the TechHub in one convenient location on the main floor of Cannell Library. These specialists provide both eLearning and Gmail student support, and they can assist with many other technical issues that you might be experiencing, or direct you to the resources you need.
Students can visit the TechHub to get help with:
- Canvas login and troubleshooting
- Computer lab and student wireless login and troubleshooting
- Mobile device connectivity
- Course specific software and eBooks
- eTutoring login
- Online student services
- Computer usage and troubleshooting
- Student Gmail
The TechHub hours are:
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday

The TechHub will be closed during the quarter breaks, but don’t worry, for fully online support with Canvas you can still file a ticket by clicking “Help” and “Report a Problem” on our Clark Canvas site. The TechHub is part of an ongoing effort to expand the resources available to help you succeed in learning with technology at Clark College.
