I have been trying to log onto Moodle since Noon of today. My username is correct and my SID. But it will not let me log in. I called eLearning, and they told me to email my teachers. However, I have an assignment due before Noon tomorrow that I need to start. And there is a possibility I could be dropped from the class! Help!

Changing the Moodle username to match your other student accounts was done to make it easier for everyone, Glenda. Student comments had indicated that they wanted the usernames to match, a change which was possible with Moodle. In the long run, it should help make it less confusing.

Since we can’t help you with your login issues in a public forum, you should file a Tech Ticket right away… Here is the address:

I have been trying to get into moodle since Mon. 6.27 and am having no luck, instructor has not dropped me, Have tried my last qtr’s login, and password, Have used the new instructions and I still can not get in. help.

I do not understand why username and password had to change I am a returning user and cannot get logged in. It tells me to go to Current Students then student self service utility. I did all that and no luck. I do not want to fall behind as this quarter is so much shorter and this class is a 5 credit class. Please help Thank You

I’ve been testing my iPad and mTouch+ app on both 3G and Wifi and haven’t had the crash issue you’ve experienced, James. I encourage others to help us test it. If we can find others with the same issue or with other problems, it might help gain some additional clues for the developer.
