			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Although Smart Penguin provides the solutions to, or the prevention of, most technical issues that Clark College Blackboard or Moodle Joule users may experience, Tech Ticket allows direct access to the tech support team in the eLearning Department when things go awry.  Submitting trouble tickets with key information about the users computing environment improves collaboration, which helps to speed resolution so students and faculty can get back to their online coursework more quickly.</p>
